UI/UX Design Lead
- Lead design process for new features & ongoing design needs
- Final UI designs
- UX research (mainly through Maze)
- Design handoff to Dev
- Uphold design standards & best practices
Accomplishments
- Improved Design processes by creating a template to help define the problem we are trying to solve.
- Introduced standards and practices for the design handoff process including robust documentation, full working prototypes, and core element specs.

- "Shop"- In-app e-commerce experience.
- "Discuss"- a community feature for people to have discussions.
- Podcasts & Audiobooks- company is adding these in-app.
